2/28 Reiki level ll with Christine Naoum-Heffernan RN, MS, CPNP, owner 8am-3pm $200. With level two training you will learn about three ancient symbols used to work on the physical, emotional and mental level. You will use the symbols with your class partner and be introduced to absentia healing (distance healing). Contact hours pending.

3/2 Nia 6-7pm. Free introductory class. Drop in. Nia is a combination of movements and concepts from Yoga, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Jazz, Modern Dance and other movement forms. Nia offers an impressive low impact cardiovascular workout. This class can easily be adjusted to meet any body size or any level of fitness. You can work as much or as little as you want. You will laugh and have fun while you move your body!

5/16 Reiki level l Certification. $125. 8a-3pm with Owner and Nurse Christine Naoum-Heffernan. Learn about the history of Reiki, Chakras, how to do self Reiki as well as Reiki to children, plants and animals. Reiki is one of the few healing modalities you can do to yourself. Plenty of time for questions and practice. At the end of the day you will be ceritfied as a level one practitioner. 6.7 contact hours available for nurse.
